ALIGN

Be Still. Be True.

Align is the second arch of our journey—a quiet recalibration, where breath meets intention and the body begins to listen. Here, we pause not to hold still, but to attune. Through gentle movement, guided awareness, and subtle shifts in posture and perception, we begin to feel the architect of our inner sanctuary.

Alignment is not perfection—it’s truth in presence. It is the moment we choose to meet ourselves with clarity, curiosity, and care. In this space, you are invited to explore the contours of your being, to notice what feels true, and to begin the tender art of coming home.

Pillar Two: ALIGN
Exercise: Aligning with Self, A Guided Pause

Find a quiet space. Let your body settle—feet grounded, spine soft but tall, hands resting where they feel the most natural. Let the world exhale around you.

Begin with Sama Vittri (balanced breathing)

equal inhale, equal exhale.

Let the rhythm find you

  • Let effort dissolve

  • Let breath become breath

Once your breath becomes steady and effortless, you’re invited to explore the quiet truths within.

There is no need to answer—only to listen.

Contemplate each question below and hover over each one once you've pondered a bit.

In this moment, who am I?

What have I become?

I am the echo of my choices.  Each step is a thread in the tapestry of my becoming.

What blooms
without effort for me?

My heart already

knows—

The work, the joy,

the tribe that belong to me.

Happy Gardener

My garden grows

where attention flows.

What in my life,

asks to be tended?

Heart Shape

What part of me

have I forgotten to love?

I've forgotten to love the part of me that aches and doubts~I've forgotten my

essential self.

You’ve listened. You’ve remembered. You’ve begun to reclaim the quiet truths that shape your being. Not through striving, but through stillness. Not by becoming someone new, but by returning to what’s always been whole. From this place of alignment, movement becomes meaningful.

Breath becomes momentum. Awareness becomes transformation.

And now you are ready—to Evolve.
