Mindfulness begins with a breath—a conscious noticing of what is. Noticing must be felt. But not everything within us is meant to be held. We begin with awareness, and then we let go.

 

At Green Hammock, we  offer a supportive space—a hammock for the soul— where transformation can unfold. Through trauma-responsive practices of breath, movement, somatic awareness, and stillness, we guide this journey.

 

Together, we explore the stories, habits, and beliefs that have shaped us—creating space for new ones to emerge and gently releasing what no longer serves.​
